Iceland Buggy Adventure
For three long days you will navigate rough volcanic landscape and countless river crossings, miles away from the next habitation, houses or roads.
Iceland is one of the most remote and unspoiled natural landscapes in the world. Molten lava churns in the volcanoes, geysers erupt into the sky and glaciers slowly carve their way through the craggy mountains. As you make your way across these vast and sparsely populated landscapes, you’ll feel a sense of awe and wonderment at the world around you.
WHY WE LIKE THIS TOUR
To explore the unbelievable Icelandic landscape by a Buggy is a once in a lifetime experience you will never forget.

This tour lasts for 5 days with 3 days of Buggy riding. The package includes 5 overnight stays with breakfast lunch and dinner. There is no rest day during the stages of the trail. We will have our own chef and a mobile kitchen with us to serve you lunch on the way.
On the first stage, which is the longest of this adventure, we will visit the famous Gulfoss Waterfall on our way to Hekla where will we sleep in the picturesque Hekla Cabins.
The second stage includes a crazy ride over the lava fields of the Hekla Volcano, with its stunning views and volcanic landscape. We will then have the option to bath in one of the geothermal streams along the way.
The third stage leads us into the “Gateway to Hell” and over Mt. Hekla, one of the most impressive natural wonders of Iceland. We will travel along perfect F-Tracks, passing waterfalls in route to the starting point in Gulfoss, where we will stay for the last night.
This tour is designed so that even novice drivers and those with medium level skills will enjoy the tour. For the more advanced Buggy riders, we have some longer tracks and extra loops that will leave you tired and satisfied in the evening.
The daily stages are divided so that we stop for photos along the way, relax and enjoy the wonderment around us. Our own chef will prepare lunch each afternoon. The length of the daily stages is around 150 km.
Tip: Extend your stay for 1 or 2 days and explore Reykjavik.
Our tour guides ensure that your Buggy driving level is accommodated during the rides. The difficulty can be easy to medium. Beginners and less experienced riders have the option to shorten the distances of the stages, and to opt for short sections on gravel or asphalt roads. We have different routes in place for less experienced and extreme riders.
